How do I take a tincture:

Its very straightforward.The important things is to hold each drop under your tongue until its absorbed into your blood vessles, so think 30 seconds but we suggest more like one minute. You might also swish it around in your mouth before swallowing -the blood vessels in your cheeks will maximise the absorbency this way. You would then swallow any remaining.
